Gas Prices Rise With Unemployment

Well, President Obama, why are gas prices rising? There has been no interruption of production, no tropical storm to damage or close refineries, unemployment has risen to record levels so more people are not driving to work, thus reducing demand, there is no Bush in office, so why are gas prices rising? With the democrats firmly in charge of our federal government, the people should not be burdened with increasing gas prices. Unemployment should be at zero, pollution should evaporate, money with value should flow, and all should be right with the world. So what is wrong? During the Great Depression, for a dime one could buy "A RC cola and a Moon Pie" now you cannot buy either one for under a dollar. Where is the value in the money that is flowing from the federal government? This money being taken by force of threat from working Americans. So again, why are gas prices rising? Perhaps the Obamassiah can lay hands on the gas pumps and cause the storm of gas prices rising to calm and be still.
